నా దగ్గరకు వచ్చిన ఒక క్లయింట్ కథ ఇది. ఆమె ఇక్కడ ఇండియాలో ఉన్నారు, కానీ ఆమె భర్త విదేశాల్లో (Abroad) ఉంటున్నారు. మరి వారి మాతృత్వ కల కోసం కాలం వేచి ఉంటుందా? ఖచ్చితంగా ఉండదు!

PCOS సమస్యతో ఎన్నో చోట్ల చికిత్సలు, మరెన్నో విఫలమైన IUI ప్రయత్నాలు. కానీ ఒక చిన్న ఆశతో, CAPA IVM గురించి తెలుసుకుని మా వద్దకు వచ్చారు.
“మా శరీరం కంటే, మా పరిస్థితుల కంటే.. మీ మీదే మాకు నమ్మకం ఎక్కువ డాక్టర్” అని వారు అన్నప్పుడు కలిగిన బాధ్యత, ఈరోజు వారి Beta HCG: 1300 (Positive) రిపోర్ట్ చూశాక ఒక తీపి జ్ఞాపకంగా మారింది.
దూర భారాలను లెక్కచేయకుండా వారు పెట్టుకున్న నమ్మకానికి దక్కిన ప్రతిఫలం ఇది!

Transferring two embryos is a common strategy to increase the chances of success, but it doesn’t always result in twins!

Here’s the breakdown:
✅ The Math: Each embryo has its own “potential.” Sometimes both find a home, sometimes just one, and sometimes neither.

❓ Where does the other one go?
If an embryo fails to implant, it doesn’t stay in the uterus. It is a microscopic collection of cells that is naturally and safely reabsorbed by your body.

📈 Understanding IR (Implantation Rate):
The IR tells us the likelihood of an embryo successfully nesting. While the “normal” range globally can vary based on age and health, we are incredibly proud of our results here in Warangal.

నమ్మకానికి మించిన నిదర్శనం మరొకటి ఉంటుందా? ✨

మొదటి సంతానం కోసం IUI ద్వారా మమ్మల్ని నమ్మి, ఇప్పుడు రెండో సంతానం కోసం మళ్ళీ మా దగ్గరికే రావడం ఒక డాక్టర్‌గా నాకు దక్కిన గౌరవం. ఈసారి కొన్ని సవాళ్లు ఎదురైనా, మొదటి ప్రయత్నంలోనే IVF ద్వారా ఆమె ఇప్పుడు కవల పిల్లలకు (Twins) జన్మనివ్వబోతున్నారు! 👣👣
అంతేకాదు, ఆమె పది మంది పేషెంట్లను మా వద్దకు పంపించారు. ఆశ్చర్యకరమైన విషయం ఏమిటంటే, ఆ పది మంది కూడా ఇప్పుడు గర్భం దాల్చారు!

“Word of Mouth” అంటే కేవలం మాటలు కాదు.. అది ఒక రోగికి తన డాక్టర్ మీద ఉన్న అచంచలమైన నమ్మకం. ఇంతటి ప్రేమాభిమానాలు చూపిస్తున్నందుకు నా పేషెంట్లకు ఎప్పుడూ రుణపడి ఉంటాను. 🙏❤️

Science meets Strategy. 🧬✨

Often, we think of PGT-A (Preimplantation Genetic Testing for Aneuploidies) as a tool only for specific medical indications. But for many, it’s about efficiency and peace of mind.
I’m thrilled to share that one of my patients recently conceived after choosing PGT-A, not because of a history of complications, but for two very proactive reasons:

1️⃣ Reducing Time to Conception: By selecting the most chromosomally healthy embryo from the start, we minimize the “trial and error” of multiple transfer cycles.

2️⃣ Decreasing Miscarriage Risk: Identifying healthy embryos significantly lowers the emotional and physical toll of early pregnancy loss.

In the journey to parenthood, sometimes the best indication is simply wanting the clearest path forward. Every journey is unique, and I love helping my patients navigate theirs with the best technology available. 🤍
