A young patient in his thirties underwent a successful radical resection for re**al cancer. The procedure involved complete removal of the re**um, mesore**um, and regional lymph nodes, followed by restoration of bowel continuity through a colore**al/coloanal anastomosis using the Covidien surgical stapling system, preserving the natural route of defecation.

An 80-year-old patient presented to the clinic with constipation and re**al bleeding. Following clinical evaluation and investigations, a tumor was diagnosed in the left colon.

The patient underwent complete surgical resection of the tumor with primary colore**al anastomosis using an American surgical stapler, eliminating the need for a temporary or permanent colostomy.

The procedure was completed successfully, thanks to God, and the patient is recovering well.

Accurate diagnosis, surgical expertise, and selecting the appropriate technique make all the difference.
