حالة تحتاج إلى إعادة بناء ودعم هيكلي للأنف، حيث تم استخدام غضروف الضلع (Costal Cartilage) لإعادة تشكيل ودعم الهيكل الأنفي وتحسين التناسق بين طرف الأنف والفتحتين الأنفيتين.

الهدف من جراحة الترميم ليس فقط تحسين المظهر الخارجي، بل أيضًا استعادة البنية والدعم وتحقيق نتيجة طبيعية ومتوازنة تتناسب مع ملامح الوجه.
