3-D Horizontal and Vertical Bone Augmentation: Our patient is a young gentleman with a horse accident record when he was 12 years old. Also, he had a history of two failed GBR surgeries. Our first surgery was the Guided Bone Regeneration technique using the TR-PTFE membrane. Nine months after an uneventful healing period, two BLT Straumann Implants were placed, and a Mini-GBR procedure was performed.

3-D horizontal and vertical bone augmentation by Shell Technique using ALLOGENIC cortical plates. Excellent bone quantity and quality after four months of uneventful healing. Three Tissue Level Straumann implants were inserted. Despite the conservative design of these implants, and performing full protocol drilling, all three implants were inserted with 80 N/cm of torque. 👌🏻
