Today the English language version of the report of the study on the effectiveness of Lomi Lomi massage on relieving the symptoms of women suffering from Endometriosa was published.

It was such an honor to participate in this groundbreaking study and to witness the transformation that took place in the brave woman who received five lomi lomi massages from me as part of this research.

Many thanks to Agnieszka Kawula who pioneered this important project. It is because of her effort that now we have the results laid out in black and white. The report clearly confirms the enormous benefits that Lomi Lomi Nui can provide to women suffering with endometriosa.

This week I had the pleasure to teach this wonderful human Elísa Butt Davíðsdóttir the art of Hawaiian lomi lomi nui massage. What made this training extra special was that for the first time I taught lomi lomi in my native tongue, Icelandic. I believe this is the first time in the history of lomi lomi that it is taught in language of the Sagas.
It was true pleasure to teach Elísa, she was quick to learn and a true natural in moving and feeling energy which is a vital part of this massage. At the end of the course she demonstrated her skill by giving me a wonderful massage, and she will now be offering this powerful healing modality in Eastern Iceland, close to Egilsstaðir.
I am very happy for the people of Hérað to now have this opportunity to experience lomi lomi locally from a proficient practitioner. Exciting times indeed.
