If my treatment helped a little, then that means a lot! 🏆🍀💪🏻🏆
Congrats to the Champs! 🍀
My treatment is what I call 'Muscle Mechanics'.
A. It's NOT massage! 😂🤣
B. I fix injuries/problems in the soft tissues, and quickly.
C. Muscle Mechanics are a combination of Graston inspired treatments (grastontechnique.com), Body Tempering Work (Thompson Bowtie here on Instagram, Donnie Thompson) and
A.R.T. (activerelease.com), which is the main and most important thing.
D. The end results are:
1. Rehabilitation of injuries
2. Prevention of injuries
3. New muscle growth (really works!)
4. Greater separation/more 3D look
5. Greater ROM (range of motion, so your posing will be more fluid, smooth, graceful).

Info: Active Release Techniques (ART) is a soft tissue method that focuses on relieving tissue tension via the removal of fibrosis/adhesions (scar tissues) which develop in muscles as a result of acute injury (eg whiplash) or overuse injury due to repetitive use.

Graston Style: the perfect complement to ART.
How does it work?
A healthy muscle is soft, smooth and elastic like a rubber band.
When you build up scar tissue - either by an acute impact (accident) or by overuse (repeating the same movement many times), this muscle becomes stiff, tight and hard. More like a rope than a rubber band.
Knots can develop.

That's when the problems start.

All we really do with Activerelease Technique and Graston Technique is turn the muscle back to how it was before, and maybe just a little bit better.

We make the tissues soft, smooth and elastic once more, restoring the blood flow, breaking up adhesions (when things are gummed up and glued together), create more growth space in the fascia and restore proper bio-mechanics.

The end result is a healthy, strong muscle that will grow and function better than ever before.
And, perhaps most of all, you will (hopefully) be pain free (or at least MUCH better).
