Yoga came into my life when I most needed it, when I thought that the way to calm my mind could possibly be through moving my body. And indeed it was.

‘We don’t use the body to get into a pose, we use the pose to get into the body’ (Bernie Clarke). The more I embraced the practice, the more I wanted to know how moving my body in a certain way and at a certain pace could so profoundly affect my mind, my mood, the energy flow in my body. My curiosity has led me to several teacher trainings so I could embrace different styles of yoga that complement each other and, together, offer a well rounded approach to wellbeing.
