🚨 We are pleased to announce that Simone Battaglia (eCampus University, Como) will join the 1st SINS Young Meeting — Connecting Young Brains to Advance Neuroscience (Naples, June 22–23, 2026) as a Plenary Lecture Speaker.

Simone Battaglia is an Associate Professor in Cognitive Neuroscience at eCampus University (Department of Theoretical and Applied Sciences) and a Research Fellow at the University of Turin. He also serves as Associate Editor of the journal Psychophysiology. His scientific contributions have been recognized internationally, earning him a place in the World’s Top 2% Scientists ranking compiled by Stanford University and Elsevier (2023–2025).

🧠 His research explores the functional interplay between brain networks underlying emotional learning, action control, behavioral inhibition, brain plasticity, visual perception, and higher cognitive functions, contributing to a deeper understanding of how complex behaviors emerge from neural processes.
