Da questa stagione, ogni mercoledì dalle 13:30 alle 15:00, si aggiunge un nuovo orario alla pratica di Ashtanga Yoga Cagliari.

Ma cos’è una Led Class?

Nella Led Class la pratica viene guidata dall’insegnante, che accompagna gli studenti attraverso la sequenza della Primary Series,
con il conteggio tradizionale in sanscrito,
indicando le asana e il corretto ritmo della respirazione e del vinyasa.

Cosa si impara con la Led Class?

• coordinare respiro e movimento
• conoscere e memorizzare la sequenza della Primary Series
• sviluppare concentrazione e presenza
• mantenere un ritmo costante durante tutta la pratica
rispettando il corretto vinyasa

Un momento speciale per vivere la pratica condividendo l’ energia del gruppo.

The Antoniow Ashtanga Yoga Retreat was founded by Max Pascal in 2011.
It began with a small group of students from the surrounding areas of Poland.
Through dedication and genuine parampara teaching, the group of practitioners grew over the years.
Now in its 16th edition, the Antoniow retreat has become an international event attracting various nationalities students wishing to deepen their practice and attend in assisting experience.
Max & Erika created a deep intensive program, with asana practice, pranayama, philosophy and meditation, with help of trusted teachers at their side.
