Con 570 mila euro dal Ministero della Salute, studiamo una delle principali cause di morte improvvisa negli sportivi. L’obiettivo è migliorare diagnosi precoce, valutazione del rischio e gestione clinica, anche in relazione all’attività fisica.

Il progetto coinvolge le UOC di Patologia Cardiovascolare e Cardiologia dell’Azienda Ospedale-Università Padova, insieme alla UOC di Medicina dello Sport dell’Ulss 2 Marca trevigiana.

With €570,000 in funding from the Italian Ministry of Health, we are studying one of the leading causes of sudden death in athletes. The goal is to improve early diagnosis, risk assessment, and clinical management, also in relation to physical activity.

The project involves the Cardiovascular Pathology and Cardiology UOC of the University Hospital of Padua, together with the UOC of Sports Medicine of ULSS 2 Treviso.
