The two HELIX wavelengths - CO2 10,600 nm and 1570 nm - can be delivered on the very same DOT during fractional treatments, or alternated through different scan patterns.

AIIMS Kalyani has marked a remarkable achievement in public healthcare with the opening of its state-of-the-art facility under the Department of Burns & Plastic Surgery. Officially inaugurated on May 20, 2026, by Shri Samik Bhattacharya, Hon’ble Member of Parliament (Rajya Sabha), and hosted by Prof. (Dr.) Arvind Sinha together with distinguished guests, the event highlights the importance of innovation in advancing patient care.

This advanced LASER Unit represents a pioneering initiative within the Indian public healthcare system - the first of its kind across government hospitals, including Institutes of National Importance (INIs).
