Ti svegli e la natura è già lì.
Fuori dalla finestra il verde, i fiori, il silenzio delle colline.
La giornata inizia lentamente, con una colazione all’aperto e il sole che scalda l’aria.
Poi scegli tu il ritmo.
Allenarti, muoverti, restare attivo.
Oppure rallentare ancora, lasciando spazio al tempo.
Una passeggiata nella pineta, il silenzio intorno, il verde che accompagna ogni passo.
E infine la sera.
Un aperitivo all’aperto, i colori che cambiano, la luce che si abbassa lentamente.
