MATCHA MORNING WALK - Awaken community event

Join us for a slow and mindful morning designed to reconnect, move, and share a moment together.

We will meet at 10:00 AM at:
FLOOF - Corso Magenta, 42, 20123 Milano MI

Where we’ll gather and get our Awaken Matcha’s which we’ll sip during the walk.

From there, we’ll enjoy a relaxed community walk through the city of around 45 minutes to one hour, taking the time to slow down, connect with others, and start the day intentionally.

Whether you come alone, with a friend, or simply feel like meeting like-minded people, this event is open to everyone.

EVERYBODY IS WELCOME 🤍!

and we’ll have a small gift for you to take home!

Mother’s Day is this Sunday, and we wanted to mark it with something that actually feels good, not just a gesture, but a real moment.

So we put together a morning we’d want for ourselves.

Mother’s Day Yoga & Matcha Morning ✿
This Saturday, 9th May · 10:30am · Parco Sempione, Milan

A gentle, grounding 40-minute yoga class led by Julie, open to all levels, outside among the greenery of Parco Sempione. The exact spot will be shared after booking.

Afterward, we’ll slow down together over iced matcha lattes made with Awaken Matcha, good conversation and no rush. And to close the morning, each of you will take home a small, meaningful gift to keep or share.

This one’s for your mother, your best friend, your sister, or simply yourself.

€15 per person · Spots are limited

A few things to know:
· The class will be held in English
· Please bring your own yoga mat and a bottle of water
· Weather dependent - full refund if we cancel. Otherwise, bookings are final.
· By joining, participants confirm they are fit to take part. Please inform Julie of any injuries or medical conditions before the class.

New team member arriving this October 🤍

When I started Awaken, it was something I was building mostly by myself.
Very intuitively, step by step, following a vision I felt strongly about.

Over time I realised something important: growing something meaningful doesn’t really happen alone.

And now, with a new little team member joining our family soon, I’m also learning that sometimes it’s okay to not do everything by yourself anymore.

Awaken today exists thanks to the people around me.
Friends, family, and beautiful connections who decided to support the project in their own way.

They’re not a “team” in the traditional sense.
But without them, Awaken wouldn’t be becoming what it is today.

So I wanted to introduce a few of the people you might start seeing more often around Awaken 🤍
