We are excited to bring back Soul Discussions, a free support group that offers a safe and accepting space for all to discuss, share and learn about the experiences we have endured over the last couple of years. Soul Discussions is a non-judgmental space for all to process and understand how events impact us and help shape who will become. Our lovely provider, Rachel Denney, will be hosting the group. Dates and times will be provided as they come to light. If you have any questions in the meantime, please don't hesitate to reach out to Rachel or call the office.

In the meantime, comment on our post on what times would work best for you on Saturday's. We can't wait to see you! 😁
