Continua il nostro percorso insieme alla dolcissima Lara ❤️Abbiamo iniziato restituendo armonia e sostegno al viso e alle labbra con due trattamenti di . Poi, grazie anche alla preziosa collaborazione della .giuliabernardi, ci siamo concentrate sul sorriso.

Abbiamo sostituito alcuni vecchi impianti che avevano provocato importanti infezioni, trattato i denti coinvolti e inserito i provvisori che prepareranno il sorriso alle future corone definitive e ora non vediamo l’ora di mostrarvi il risultato finale ✨

Our journey with the lovely Lara continues ❤️We started by restoring balance, support and harmony to her face and lips with two treatments by . Then, with the invaluable support of .giuliabernardi, we turned our attention to her smile.

We replaced some older implants that had caused significant infections, treated the affected teeth, and fitted temporary restorations to prepare her smile for the final crowns to come. We are looking forward to showing you the final result ✨

Cosa facciamo durante un workshop di ? ❤️✨

Un pò di teoria, ma soprattutto tanta pratica. In questo incontro abbiamo approfondito l’utilizzo di LaserMe e Hydro Deluxe, analizzandone modalità di applicazione, protocolli e possibilità di integrazione nella pratica clinica quotidiana 👩‍⚕️💉

Momenti come questo sono preziose occasioni di confronto, aggiornamento e condivisione. Per me è sempre un piacere aprire le porte del mio studio a Colleghe e Colleghi e creare insieme nuove opportunità di crescita.

Torneremo a settembre con tante novità. Nel frattempo, ci godiamo ancora qualche giorno di riposo per ripartire con ancora più energia! ✨

Il corpo cerca sempre equilibrio con il minor dispendio possibile. Quando però qualcosa altera questo sistema, occlusione, serramento, bruxismo, respirazione orale o funzione della lingua, possono comparire compensi e sovraccarichi, che si ripercuotono su tutto il corpo, come abbiamo visto nella postura del bimbo in questo video!

Ecco perché insisto tanto sull’importanza di valutare le funzioni orali e posturali, sia nei bambini sia negli adulti che non hanno mai effettuato un controllo di questo tipo ❤️

✅Individuare precocemente eventuali squilibri significa poter intervenire prima che i compensi diventino più strutturati e difficili da gestire.

The body is constantly working to stay balanced while using as little energy as possible.But when something interferes with this balance — such as bite issues, teeth clenching, bruxism, mouth breathing or altered tongue function — the body may start compensating. Over time, these compensations can create tension and overload throughout the body, just like we observed in the child’s posture in this video.

That’s why I always stress the importance of assessing both oral function and posture, not only in children, but also in adults who have never had this kind of evaluation. ❤️

✅ Spotting imbalances early allows us to act before compensation patterns become more established and harder to manage.

Espansore o equilibratore: qual è la terapia migliore? Non esiste una risposta giusta in assoluto, perché ogni bambino è diverso e ogni caso va valutato nella sua complessità!

In linea generale, però, il punto di partenza di ogni terapia dovrebbe essere sempre l’analisi delle funzioni orali: respirazione, suzione, occlusione e deglutizione 👧🏻👦🏼

Quando queste sono alterate, la terapia funzionale è un passaggio fondamentale! ✅Ed è anche un approccio spesso più sostenibile e meno invasivo per i più piccoli ❤️



🇬🇧 Expander or eptamed appliance: which treatment is best? 🦷 There isn’t one single right answer, because every child is different and every case needs to be evaluated as a whole.
