🌙👁️🔥✨
As the moon grows brighter, what are we learning to see more clearly?
This week brings Dussehra, the celebration of Rāma’s victory over Rāvaṇa, a story at the heart of October’s Focus of the Month. It invites us to recognise the moments when fear, attachment or pride narrow our vision, and to make room for greater clarity, compassion and connection.
We return to the mat to practise that awareness, through the breath, through movement, through the way we meet one another. There is always a place for you here, whether you have been practising with us for years or are walking through our doors for the first time.
Our Sanskrit course is filling up, and we can’t wait to begin on 1 November. We’ll open by chanting together, letting sound bring us into a shared space before exploring the language of yoga with Iacopo Nuti, from 16:00 to 18:00.
Afterwards, we’ll settle into Restore, a gentle restorative practice offering time to rest, turn inward and let the afternoon’s experience sink in. The practice is included for Sanskrit course participants and is also open to everyone wishing to join.
Places for the course are limited so each participant can receive individual attention and guidance. Get in touch to reserve yours.
Until then, we look forward to seeing you in class.
