Abbiamo sempre pensato che il design non fosse soltanto creare qualcosa di nuovo.
A volte è guardare con occhi diversi qualcosa che esiste già e avere immaginazione per trasformarlo.
Riciclò nasce dagli scarti di acetato della nostra produzione.
Non da materiali riciclati che hanno già subito una nuova lavorazione, ma dalla materia nel suo momento più autentico: quando viene considerata uno scarto, ma non è ancora diventata rifiuto.
È la nostra “fase prima”.
Un punto di confine in cui il processo produttivo potrebbe finire.
E noi, invece, scegliamo di ricominciare.
Perché l’innovazione non è sempre andare avanti.
A volte è tornare a guardare ciò che avevamo deciso di lasciare indietro.
We have always believed that design is not simply about creating something new.
Sometimes, it is about looking at something that already exists with different eyes, and having the imagination to transform it.
Riciclò is born from the acetate scraps left over from our production.
Not from recycled materials that have already undergone a new manufacturing process, but from the material in its most authentic state: when it is considered a scrap, but has not yet become waste.
It is our “phase before.”
A point of transition where the production process could come to an end.
Instead, we choose to begin again.
Because innovation is not always about moving forward.
Sometimes, it means looking back at what we had decided to leave behind.
