We say it so easily today — “I am spiritual.” 🌿
But what does it truly mean to be spiritual?

If every change in relationship, health, money or circumstances can disturb my sense of self, perhaps I have understood spirituality intellectually — but have not yet recognised the Self.

Because suffering so often begins here:

मैं। मेरा। मुझे।

The body experiences karma.
The mind experiences pain, desire and attachment.
But the soul is the Sakshi — the witness.

जो बदल रहा है, वह तुम कैसे हो सकते हो?

Everything around us changes.

शायद trust वहीं से पैदा होता है।

जो भी है, बस यही एक पल है।” ✨

ज़िंदगी का कितना हिस्सा
या तो उस कल में रह जाता है जो बीत चुका है,
या उस कल की फ़िक्र में जो अभी आया ही नहीं।

और इन दोनों के बीच…
आज चुपचाप गुज़र जाता है।

आज इस ख़ूबसूरत गीत को गाते हुए फिर याद आया—

Life is not somewhere ahead of us.
Life is happening here.

इस साँस में।
इस गीत में।
इस मुलाक़ात में।
