Some people find it difficult to stop.
Not only at work.
Even during weekends, holidays, or free time.
As soon as a space opens up, there is often an urge to fill it:
an activity, a trip, an appointment, something to do.
But slowing down does not simply mean not working.
Sometimes it means taking a few moments to ask yourself:
• How am I right now?
• What do I need in this moment?
• What might I be avoiding by constantly moving on to the next thing?
In a culture that values productivity and speed, slowing down can feel counterintuitive.
Yet it is often in those moments that we rediscover a little more clarity, balance, and presence.
