The best is not ENOugh... and the jury agrees! 🏆🍇

We are proud to share that EnoVision has received the New Technology award at the SIMEI International Enological And Bottling Equipment Exhibition 2026 Innovation Challenge “Lucio Mastroberardino”, promoted by Unione Italiana Vini!

EnoVision was designed in collaboration with Defranceschi to bring a new way of looking at every single grape, made for winemakers who never settle for “good enough”. 🍷

We are excited to announce the beginning of a new chapter in optical sorting across South America, through the new partnership between 3U Vision Srl 🇮🇹, Impormac (Argentina) 🇦🇷, Sortechnology (Chile) 🇨🇱 and Graintec Soluciones Industriales (Paraguay) 🇵🇾.

Behind this alliance there are two families with a long-standing history in the optical sorting industry, a deep passion for technology, and a shared understanding of what it means to be truly committed to their customers.

The Tosco family, with more than 35 years of experience in the industry, and the Uzzo family, founders and owners of 3U Vision, with over 40 years of expertise in optical sorting, are now bringing together their knowledge, experience, and capabilities to build a new era of growth and innovation.

But what truly brings us together goes far beyond our experience. It was the shared vision of what this business should be about.

Passion for what we do, strong relationships with close connections to our customers, and the belief that technology should be developed around real customer needs and not the other way around.

We believe that even as technology becomes more advanced, customers still want something very simple from their suppliers: Innovative and tailored solutions along with partners of trust who stand beside them over the long term.
