F per Phala (फल)
Phala significa frutto, risultato.

F for Phala (फल)
Phala means fruit, result.
It is what grows from an action, the fruit of what we have planted.
But in yoga, Phala also invites us to reflect on our relationship with the outcome.
We practice, we show up, we cultivate the practice with consistency, without needing to control when, how, or in what form we will see its fruits.
On the mat, it means learning to experience the practice for what it is, without constantly measuring our progress.
Off the mat, it means doing our best while also letting go of the need to control what comes next.
Phala reminds us that we can take care of what we plant, without becoming attached to what we will harvest.
