The GVS Global Communication Meeting 2026 was a key moment to look back on the results achieved over the past year, while aligning on the priorities and challenges ahead.

During the meeting, we shared our main global milestones, made possible by the contribution of our branches and the joint effort of teams and functions, highlighting the value of an increasingly integrated and coordinated approach.

We addressed key strategic topics driving the company’s growth: from commercial dynamics and the development of our divisions, to the role of engineering and supply chain in supporting innovation and efficiency, as well as our growing commitment to ESG topics, which are becoming ever more central to the way we operate and communicate.

The contributions of our VPs and speakers enriched the discussion with concrete perspectives and complementary visions, while our CEO’s message reinforced a clear direction: continuing to build a stronger, more aligned organization, ready to navigate an evolving market. The Human Touch: Grow Through Training. Build Trust by Listening.

At GVS, we continuously invest in people development. Training is an integral part of our commitment to Valuing People and of the way we build a solid, responsible company capable of continuous innovation.

We do this through programs focused on technical skills and compliance, but also through learning paths that strengthen relational capabilities, because the quality of a relationship often defines the quality of the outcome.

In recent days, our Sales and Marketing team took part in a course dedicated to emotional intelligence and empathy, led by Andrew Taylor, designed to make communication more aware, intentional, and trust driven, a concrete lever for building long term relationships with customers and partners.

This topic is also deeply connected to our brand identity: innovation is our language, but the ability to communicate it with clarity and empathy is what makes it accessible and truly valuable for those who choose it every day.
