I give personalised life chart readings in numerology for individuals, Teenagers, Families and partners to help you understand yourself, your relationships and your children. Using your date of birth and birth name, numerology is the study of vibration and meaning behind the science of numbers as discovered by Pythagoras (but numerology existed before him to be fair). Condensing personal information down into key core numbers gives information about a person. At its most basic level it is a personality analysis and at it's depth it can reveal your hidden desires, childhood influences and patterns, your aims and ambitions in life, your challenges, blocks, strengths and karmic influences. Your life path number is a breakdown of who you are and your potential, it's what were all working towards, full embodiment. There are steps that we naturally take that can be revealed by the numbers in your chart. It is crazy accurate and can help people better understand themselves, work to their strengths and understand why they maybe feel internal conflicts or repeating lessons and challenges. Why stop there place your child, partner or family member on your personal numerology chart and see how your energies combine, see how you strengthen and support each other, and how your energies may conflict. This is fantastic for understanding your children and their differing needs and how to manage and support their energies within the family dynamic. As a colour therapist I include my knowledge of colour into a reading and onward advice. Each number vibrates at a different frequency which corelates to specific colours that also vibrate to the same frequency, adding extra layers and variety to a consultation. I take people on colour based meditations to help balance out their chart and understanding of how numerology can guide and influence your life. Using EFT and coaching/counselling skills I can support you in helping you to work though any area's in your life where you need support, helping you to move into your full potential and embrace the life you were designed to live.

“You will bloom if you take the time to water yourself.”

Self-care is more than rest. Not only is it a spiritual act of honoring your mind, body, and soul, its a necessity. In a world that constantly asks us to give, pour, and carry more, we must remember that we cannot bloom from an empty vessel.

Taking time to nourish yourself is not selfish. It’s sacred. Quiet moments, deep breaths, healthy boundaries, reflection, rest, and peace are all ways we water our spirit. When we care for ourselves with love and intention, we create space for healing, growth, clarity, and joy.

Your wellbeing matters. Your peace matters. And the relationship you have with yourself sets the tone for everything else in your life.

Our recent Discovery Days at The Isis
Centre was filled with moments of peace, reflection, laughter, and genuine connection. Surrounded by nature, we shared a weekend dedicated to relaxation, wellbeing, renewal and cake. Lots of gorgeous cakes 😊

From calming sound healing sessions to grounding yoga practices, mindful journaling, Divination arts, reiki and meaningful conversations — it was a beautiful invitation to slow down and just be.

Thank you to everyone who came last weekend. For Shelia for opening her beautiful centre and grounds to us, for everyone who shared their energy, and helped create such a nurturing and restorative experience. The warmth, openness, and connection throughout the weekend was truly special.

I had some wonderful numerology clients and a few head scratching charts, which I loved.

Here’s to creating more spaces for rest, relaxation, community, and healing.
