With a heavy heart we say goodbye and happy retirement to Anne after 25 Years at Baines & Band Optometrists. She has shown compassion, kindness and warmth not only to all patients but also to her colleagues, particularly our students. She has the ability to make people feel comfortable, care for and listened to. Thank you Anne, for your loyalty, friendship, support, chats and memories.
