If you haven't got round to it yet please do book in or ask your doctor next time your in surgery. If you are 50 and over or clinically at risk the vaccination is free of charge.

Lee is offering practice sessions for those new to mindfulness, or keen to support their daily practice by joining a live online community for practice sessions. Everyone is welcome to join, regardless of experience



These free online mindfulness sessions are on Wednesdays and Fridays. Both days the times are 9am – 9:30am. The practice sessions are intended for anyone new to mindfulness and for those who would like to connect with others to maintain their practice.
