4. Protect your energy.
↳ Spend more time with people who encourage growth.

5. Protect your self-respect.
↳ Walk away from relationships that repeatedly disrespect you.

Healthy boundaries don't push good people away.

They reveal who respects you.

The right people won't make you feel guilty for protecting your wellbeing.

They'll respect it.

Because relationships should add value to your life.

Not constantly drain it.
