🌟If you are looking to lose weight this year , I encourage you to try to approach it in a sustainable and healthy manner.

🌟No matter what method you choose, make sure to incorporate healthy eating using whole , unprocessed foods along with exercise and plenty self care in order to manage your hormones which are at the root of your weight issues. Just eating less junk is not the solution.

🌟 As you lose the weight and look after yourself, pay careful attention to positive changes. Note how well you feel when your body is being given the proper nutrition and care .

🌟Not so healthy , ultra processed food is extremely delicious and addictive but it can make us feel rotten in so many ways. Most people appreciate this when the healthy habits start to make them feel amazing! This helps to cement healthy behavior.
