Even doctor's get back pain sometimes, and of course today being Friday the 13th, my Sciatica starts to act up. So today...

Even doctor's get back pain sometimes, and of course today being Friday the 13th, my Sciatica starts to act up. So today I'm using a standing desk. It helps but it just reminds me, back care is important.
My advice
Lose that excess weight.
Regular exercise, strengthen that core.
Posture is important.
Avoid heavy weights as a part of your regime.
I bet most of you didn't know that cigarette smoking is a risk factor for back pain.
