Acknowledging your emotions is the first step toward healing and growth. Speaking with a trusted friend, family member, counsellor, or therapist can make a difference.

Regular physical activity can improve mood, reduce stress, and boost overall well-being. Whether it’s a walk, a workout, or your favourite sport, every step counts.
