The plate that protects your progress. 🤎
One of the most painful patterns I see in fibroid healing — a woman does the work. The fast. The herbs. The discipline. And then she refeeds her way straight back into the very conditions that grew her fibroid in the first place. Bread. Dairy. Processed everything. The cells she killed during the fast stay gone.
