Guilty as charged. 👩🏽‍⚕️💜

I’m guilty of helping thousands of women take control of their fibroids, find answers, and get back to living without letting pain define their lives.

And honestly… I’d do it all over again.

Happy Labour Day to all who laboured… in all its various forms. 💪🏾✨

Physiotherapy during pregnancy isn’t a luxury, it’s support your body may truly need. 🤍
From lower back pain and pelvic discomfort to mobility challenges and postpartum recovery, so many women experience symptoms they think they just have to “live with.”
In this episode of Memoirs of Motherhood, we’re breaking the silence around pregnancy-related pain and highlighting the importance of pelvic floor and prenatal physiotherapy.
Because motherhood should come with support, education, and care for you too. ✨

1 + 1 years later, and I’m finally ready to share my birth story. 🤍
Not because it was perfect, but because it taught me so much about preparation, support, mindset, and trusting the process. Through this journey, I learned that every birth experience is different and every mother deserves to feel informed, empowered, and supported.
Welcome to Memoirs to Motherhood ✨

Ladies, consider this your reminder 👏🏽

You live in your body every single day, so pay attention to it. The small changes, the subtle shifts… they matter. Don’t ignore what your body is trying to tell you.

Regular checkups aren’t optional; they’re essential. You service your car, so why not your body?

And most importantly… advocate for yourself. If you don’t feel heard, find a provider who listens. Your health deserves that.

Your health is your power; own it, protect it, prioritize it. 🤍

Road-ready but not essentials-ready? 👀

Ladies, before you hit the road and gih dem performance, make sure your bag is stocked with these necessities.

😽 Feminine products to ensure you’re protected from period mishaps and feeling fresh… and of course is a personal fave.

❌ Your contraceptive of choice is on board. Pro-tip, take this before hitting the road.

💦 Hydration is key! Ensure to drink lots of water and you can even walk with electrolytes. The road is long, and we need endurance. (And UTI prevention)

☀️ Sunscreen! Don’t forget to apply your sunscreen and reapply throughout the day. The costumes are beautiful, but we don’t need to be explaining the tan lines for weeks to come. Plus sun damage is not wearing for 2026. 😩

Front page is where legends belong, but in the f***y pack/ thigh bag is where legends are born! 😅

Pack smart. Stay ready. Show them the time of their life! 💃🏽✨

April is C-Section awareness month so let’s clear this up. C-sections are NOT the easy way out. 👏🏽

They are major surgeries that come with real risks, longer recovery, and strength most people don’t even see. Sometimes they’re planned, sometimes they happen in the moment, but every single one is done to bring the baby here safely.

To every C-section mama… I see you. I’m proud of you. You did something incredibly hard, and you did it with strength. 🤍

No matter how your baby arrived, your birth story is valid.

Over here we celebrate women every single day but especially in Women’s Month 💐✨

To the entrepreneurs building, the moms nurturing, the leaders rising, and the women showing up fully in every space… this month is for you.

I’m constantly inspired by the strength, resilience, and impact of women—past, present, and future. The ones who paved the way, and the ones continuing to break barriers every day in so many ways.

Big up you! You are seen and appreciated! 🤍

Happy Women’s History Month.

I know I’ve been M.I.A. in the space lately. I had to step away for a minute because life was LIFE-ING. Between work, business, motherhood, being a wife, and trying to figure out what stage my hormones are in 😅… your girl has been in the TRENCHES.

But we’ve paused, reset, recalibrated and now we’re back 💖

Not perfect, just real and ready to get back to the fun, relatable, informative content you love.

If you missed me, I missed you too 🫶🏽

So go ahead… tell a friend to tell a friend, your Gyne-Bestie is BACK.
