A little sunshine, a little yoga, and a whole lot of gratitude ☀️🧘‍♀️🌿

Teaching yoga at Secrets Bahía Mita Surf & Spa was such a beautiful experience. Between the peaceful practice space, gorgeous nature, stunning sunsets, amazing food, and truly wonderful service, this trip was such a special one.

We also upgraded to Preferred Club, and it was absolutely worth it — the extra touches, service, and overall experience made the stay feel even more relaxing and memorable.

So grateful for the opportunity to teach, connect with guests, and enjoy a little slice of paradise along the way. 🧡

Aqua Fitness + SUP Yoga at Secrets Puerto Vallarta was such a fun reminder that movement doesn’t have to feel serious to be effective. Sometimes it looks like sunshine, splashes, balance challenges, and lots of laughter.

🌅 Grateful hearts & strong bodies this week at Secrets Puerto Los Cabos! 🌴✨
My very first teaching vacation with Fit Bodies, Inc. has been such a joy! Guests brought incredible energy — showing up bright and early for 💪 Strength HIIT and winding down with 🌊 Stretch sessions overlooking the ocean.
It was amazing to see such enthusiasm all week — the entertainment team even mentioned these were some of the largest group fitness turnouts they’ve seen! 🙌
A huge thank you to Fernando, Iván, Miguel, Manuel, and Axel for all their help and support during my stay — you made everything run so smoothly and made me feel right at home. 💙
So thankful for this opportunity and for every guest who showed up ready to move, laugh, and sweat in paradise. 💖☀️
