Paranoia is the characteristic of oppressed populations. The Jewish/Israeli one is an example. Paranoia is in this case is a projected survival guilt. In order to fight Israel, leave it alone as that self-destructive guilt force will turn inwards. The biggest threat to your enemy is themselves. The more violent resistance is, the more we fall into the unconscious nationalistic pattern borne from the ashes of the holocaust.

Recent studies have looked at active placebos vs. antidepressants. What are active placebos? Active placebos are sugar pills that include a chemical component that mimics the side effects of antidepressants. The results of some of these trials show little difference between the active placebos and antidepressants. This is fascinating as it shows the power of our minds in replicating what antidepressants do. I suggest that psychotherapy is an essential part of the treatment process as there is a danger in taking a pill that may alleviate symptoms but prevent us from seeking an understanding of the self and may stunt our emotional growth.

In this day and age, we have to look at Psychology and Psychiatry in war. On one side we see a sociopathic American elite, utilising Ukranians to distract from a coming US recession. On the other hand; Zelinski is exhibiting symptoms of Mania , throwing his troops in Bakhmoot and threatening to attack Crimea. In my humble opinion; these are the hallmark of grandiosity we see in the manic phase of bipolar disorder. Thousands will die on both sides due to the lack of knowledge about the sociopathic nature of US and even Russian elite as well as the mania that Zelenski is displaying.

Paranoia goes both ways. Psychological processes at the level of country translate into conflict very similar to how individuals fall into conflicting relationships. The issues come up when 2 countries are severely narcissistic at the leadership level.

Sociopaths step on their peers. This is why the highest echelons in many countries favour war and enriching special donor groups than caring for their own. While Western countries have meagre GDP numbers, the Dover class and Upper 1% continue to own more capital than the lower 50%. This is a problem the Psychiatric sciences have not been able to tackle. Sociopathy as seen in Biden, Clinton, Bush, Macron, Putin and others usually ends with self-destruction. With nuclear weapons back on the stage, people are complacent about the dangers that humanity holds for itself in the next decade.

What is the difference between Psychopathy and Sociopathy. A good illustration can be found when one compares Psychopathic actions of invading a country in an overt violent fashion vs. the duplicity inherent in killing hundreds with a push of a button through drones that, for example, Obama sent in Afghanistan and Yemen. Of course the US is not a member of the International Criminal Court or else Bush, Obama and many US servicemen may be on the stands with African and Middle Eastern counterparts. Here we see the psychological construct of racism which dictates that the West cannot be "evil" or display sociopathy. Psychopathy is overt killing and mayhem, whereas Sociopathy is akin to murderers in "suits'. They look nice and charming on the outside, but their policies and actions cause the same death and destruction as the Psychopath. Hopefully Arab Nations with their own psychic issues can stand up to the larger Psychopathic and Sociopathic countries. Citizens of Western countries do not know of the ills of what their governments do as they feel superior to Middle Eastern, and non-Western peoples.
