Very rare case. Successful kidney transplant for a patient who did previous 3 kidney transplants and was told that surgery can't be done for the 4th time by many surgeons in different countries.

مريض تم اجراء عملية زراعة كلية ٣ مرات سابقة في دول مختلفة. و تم اعلامه انها غير ممكنة للمرة الرابعة. تم اجراء الزراعة للمرة الرابعة بنجاح و الحمدلله.

Septic pt, DM, CKD, SFA occlusion, rapidly extending wet gangrene 2/3's dorsal foot, almost spared plantar aspect.

SFA endovascular recanalizatoin using CO2, forefoot amputation with partial closure using plantar flap, VAC dressings followed by skin graftig. He is happily ambulating now.

مريض يعاني من تسمم الدم نتيجة غرغرينا متقدمة في القدم، نتيجة السكري، و يعاني من انسداد شرايين الطرف السفلي، و ضعف في وظائف الكلى.

تم استئصال الغرغرينا مع المحافظة على القدم، و فتح شرايين الساق بالقسطرة العلاجية باستعمال غاز CO2 بدون عمليات جراحية، و علاج تسمم الدم، و إغلاق منطقة البتر باستعمال اجراءات الترميم و الطرق الحديثة لعلاج الجروح. المريض حاليا يمارس حياته اليومية بشكل طبيعي بعد أن تم علاجه و إنقاذ ساقه من البتر.
