You hit the goal. You manifest the experience. And then…

Your conscious mind is like ‘eff YES’!!!! Your nervous system says…. NUP!

We don’t know what to do here. Let’s give her feelings of imposter syndrome, overwhelm, self-doubt… so she knows her place and can be safe again.

I see this happen over and over again. You make the money, it’s goes, you find the man, you sabotage it, you start the business, you can’t keep the consistency.

Your nervous system needs to feel what it’s like to be in the identity of having it. Otherwise it’s red flag, destruct.

Strategy is great, but if you don’t know how to hold it then you’ll lose it.

I’ve just come out of this pattern AGAIN! But I caught it before it destroyed the thing that I had built.

My first mirror, my most relentless teacher, my first and deepest love 🫶🏻

I knew early on that you would be using me as a vessel to create a life that only you could forge. You demanded independence from the moment I birthed you and you’ve been my biggest lesson in how to love someone so much that you have to take your hands off the wheel and let them do their thing.

The incredible life you’re creating, the future that’s unfolding before my eyes, is all because of you. Your hard work and the belief you have in yourself are qualities that we all deeply admire and will take you anywhere you want to go.

Thank you 🫶🏻 Holding the capacity for myself so that I can hold space for others. It’s a catch 22. Sharing big moments that have specks of shame and self-doubt sprinkled with embarrassment and self-sabotage isn’t easy. But I do hold myself accountable and feel it’s not duty to show up.

So here we are 🫶🏻

There’s no filter that can cover today’s ugly crying 👻

The Pursuit of MiSELF episode 53.

I’ve now spent three days deep in it. The ‘poor me’ the resentment, the shame for having these thoughts, the want to just push through and go harder. The desperate pull to perform!

3 days processing feelings that felt like an attack on everything that it worked hard to build.

These feelings were begging to be met so that I can move onto the life I’ve called in.

The gift that slapped me in the face.

I hope you get something from this episode as it hurt.

If you zoomed out on your life and had a look from the outside in, you’ll see exactly what you are choosing.

When you are ‘in’ it, day to day, busy, overwhelmed, chaos, just getting by, you make the same choices over and over again without even noticing.

And if you want change, you have to start noticing.

More money, let’s get creative… find a partner, what are you saying yes to… scaling your biz, where are you shrinking in prices… you deserve a pay rise, stop shrinking at work… more followers and viability, get consistent with your posting.

The roadmap to your own personal change is there. You just have to become aware of the identity running it so you can choose again. Strategy will not get you to the next level. Identity work will.

Stop trying to please the audience you’ve got and start working on how to become magnetic to the audience you want to attract.

You will find so much natural resistance to this because the brain wants certainty. It wants to be able to know or at least predict what’s happening next.

It’s why you ‘know’ what to do but can’t seem to just do it.

There’s a skill to becoming magnetic. Magnetic to more love, money, and viability. And it hides it’s in your ability to feel uncomfortable, know you’re self-sabotaging, be honest about your need to seek validation, and train yourself to take action anyway.
