On April 9, I had the honor of meeting two sisters from the United States who are visiting J*pan to research their family history.

Although Hiroshima is not directly related to their family roots, they graciously came to visit me here. During this trip, they visited their grandmother’s grave and also traveled to Yokohama and Fukuoka, places connected to their family history.

Their research journey is still ongoing, and I would like to express my heartfelt respect for their dedication and sincerity in tracing their family roots.

It was a great pleasure to meet them in person.

When applying for J*panese family registers (koseki) or related documents from overseas, many municipal offices in J*pan still require J*pan-specific payment methods such as postal money orders or fixed-amount money orders, and in many cases credit cards or digital payments are not accepted.

In situations like this, we can handle the payment on your behalf and submit the required fees directly to the relevant municipal office.

We assisted a TV program to find a missing father lives in J*pan as a Genealogist.
They, a father and a daughter, finally could meet each other for the first time in around 40 years and they had spent two days talking about their life, feelings to the present.
The father told me after spending two days with his daughter as follows.
The way of my daugther's speaking and her voice reminded me of her mother...
The days made me feel like I was in the dream or saw something that is not there, her mother.

He might has felt he was spending two days with his wife.
He might has recalled the days spending with his late loved wife.

The two days were extremely emotional days for us.

We, MURO Co., Ltd. announce the passing of our CEO, Minako Muro passed away on April 4th, 2023.
She was acting as the head of our company and had also an ongoing battle with leucopenia, anemia and autoimmune disease for the past seven years. She had been in the hospital to heal her serious illness for the last a year and four months. She, however passed peacefully away.

We appreciate the courtesy which everyone has extended her and us in a variety of ways by now.

We manage to go on our ordinary working days recently and Koichi Muro, the director of MURO Co., Ltd. is planning to undertake the CEO in the near future.

The rainy season this year was beginning on May 15 ( not June 15 ! ) and the day was several weeks earlier than usual.
The iconic flower for the rainy season, Hydrangeas ( Ajisai, 紫陽花　in J*panese) seem to be in bloom everywhere now June 20.
We share blooms and Kamon image designed from the flower with you all.
