TRICARE covers up to six (6) individual outpatient breastfeeding and lactation counseling sessions per birth. As an approved provider your lactation services are covered through TRICARE.

I am an independent Lactation counselor and I do not work for a hospital. I provide individualized care in your own home. Providing guidance, assistance with feeding, resources, help with pumping, and any other complex feeding issues you may have.

their own journey, and build a village.

Comfort Measures Class

Join our comfort measures for labor class and learn practical, evidence based techniques to help you cope with labor, reduce tension, and feel more confident every step of the way. This interactive, hands on class is designed for both birthing parent and their support person because labor is truly a team effort.

During class you’ll learn:
🤍Breathing and relaxation techniques
🤍Labor positions to encourage progress and comfort
🤍Hands on comfort measures, including massage and counter pressure
🤍How to use a peanut ball and birth ball effectively
🤍Rebozo techniques for comfort and baby positioning
🤍Partner support skills you’ll actually use during labor
🤍Tips for creating a calm, positive birth environment
🤍When and how to adapt comfort measures as labor changes

Whether you’re planning an unmedicated, epidural, or simply want more tools in your birth toolbox, this class will help you feel prepared, supported, and empowered.
