The secret to help us have a healthy body!
Get enough sleep every night
Sleep is incredibly important for many reasons – sleep signals your body to release hormones and compounds that help manage cravings (beneficial for those who snack in the middle of the night), maintains immune system, reduce disease risk and improve memory.
If you're sleep-deprived, you can increase your risk of conditions like diabetes, heart disease, obesity, and sleep apnea. All of these health conditions can be reduced by getting at least 7 to 8 hours of sleep each night.
Exercise and move
Exercising for at least 30 minutes a day helps to improve metabolism in the body, especially in the early morning. Not only that, regular exercise and movement help you have endurance, control your weight and have a toned and balanced body. You should start with simple exercises like walking, deep breathing and basic body movements.
If you are an office worker, you should have short breaks during working hours. Every 45 minutes - 1 hour of work, you should take a 5 minute break. In 5 minutes, you can go to the bathroom to wash your face, do light exercise or drink 1 glass of water/tea.
Full breakfast
Breakfast is considered the most important meal of the day, as it provides energy for the whole day of work and study. Life is more and more stressful and tight in terms of time, many people skip breakfast without knowing that this will affect work performance due to lack of clarity of mind.
Choosing a breakfast with cereals, protein and healthy fats is a good habit for a healthy body. These foods provide enough energy for the whole day, create a feeling of fullness and balance nutrition. Especially, for women, a low-carb but nutritious diet is the perfect menu for losing weight and being beautiful.
Drink a lot of water
Water makes up about 50-65% of our body, so you should always replenish it. When you sweat, your body loses a lot of water, so you need to drink water to compensate.
The amount of water you need to drink can be calculated based on your weight. If you're exercising, you'll need to increase your water intake to balance out the amount of sweat your body produces.
Healthy eating
Maintaining a healthy and balanced diet can increase energy and productivity, boost metabolism and make you feel physically healthier and happier because you will be consuming the nutrients and vitamins your body needs.
