Have you heard of Klotho?
Klotho is a protein being studied for its relationship with biological pathways involved in cellular resilience, brain function, metabolism, and healthy aging.
In animal research, disrupting the Klotho gene produced aging-like changes and shortened lifespan in mice, while increasing Klotho expression extended lifespan in mouse models.
A study involving aged rhesus monkeys also found improved memory following the administration of a low dose of Klotho, drawing further attention to its potential connection with brain health and healthy aging.

In a study of 44 participants, plasma α-Klotho levels were measured during MAF intake. The group averages changed as follows:
Baseline: 218.4 pg/mL
After 3 months: 268.5 pg/mL — approximately 22.9% higher
After 6 months: 264.2 pg/mL — approximately 21.0% higher
At both three and six months, the average plasma α-Klotho level remained above the baseline value.
