Forever moving some mountains within myself and instead of sharing what it’s like when I’m on the other side of it all, I’ve been writing about what’s going on in the thick of it. There’s a very powerful shift of energy that’s very felt right now (thank GOD 🙏) but when you are IN IT, it’s very hard to see the light at the end of a dark gloomy tunnel.

July 24th 2015, the day my life completely changed and cracked me wide open. I remember all too clear that when I found out I was pregnant, I was terrified it meant my life was over (as terrible as that sounds, it’s true). I thought becoming a mother meant giving it all up. But it wasn’t until I became a Mom that everything in my life got much more clear. I started to tap deeper into who I was and what mattered most to me. Birthing my son birthed a brand new version of me. And now to watch my boy grow and shine into the finest young boy has been such a blessing in my life. He’s taught me what it means to be present and love with my whole heart. Benjamin Maverick Tepperberg you are such a bright beautiful light and I cannot wait to keep watching you soar my love. Happy Birthday to my first born baby 🥹

So excited to share this Powerful full body workout with The Wellness Process that is also pre & postnatal friendly. Elizabeth is currently in her 2nd trimester while we filmed this and she’s been doing a lot of sculpting classes on MWH & a blend of some in person classes that have been supporting her throughout her pregnancy. We wanted this class to be strong while equally safe for the baby because Elizabeth has been working out consistently throughout each trimester to feel her absolute best. The idea of sending B away for the summer to sleep away camp felt wild and so foreign to me in the beginning (I never heard a thing about this until I moved to nyc). But after seeing firsthand how much this experience shaped him for the better, I fully embraced it. As hard as it is sending your child away for several weeks at a time…he leaves more grateful, more loving, incredibly independent, and even has a stronger relationship with his sister (until they are body slamming each other again in no time). Counting down the days until our boy is back home to savor the last few weeks of summers together as a family.
