I've lived in Japan for nearly 10 years and throughout my time here have learned that there's much more to rice than simply choosing white or brown! The reason for the creation of Karate Rice was as a place to keep a record of my favourite recipes. As far as I'm aware, it's the only website that focuses on all-in-one rice cooker recipes that taste great and contain absolutely no animal products.

Oranges for breakfast. Started with 8 navel oranges, made 1 liter of juice (6 1/2 oranges) and ate the rest.
