Gene food consistency
Is food that nourishes, compliments and promotes good health for one race of people and can be detrimental to another.
Biochemically our bodies are ethically different.
The universal creator places every species or humans with everything needed to support their biological lives. Due to migration, science and the violations of mixing up different plants and animals people are consuming substances and so called foods that are not native to their environment. For example in a place like Kenya 99% of the foods consumed are foreign with over 50% adopted from Asia and India in particular. Most of the African foods still grows widely but most people call them weeds. Another important point to note is the need of particular minerals for a certain ethnic group to function properly. People of African decent needs a lot of iron to function properly. Caucasians need more sulfur. Over 80% of people of African descent are low in iron or on the borderline of being anemic. Low iron( low blood count or anemia) can express itself as over 20 different conditions or symptoms that are labeled as diseases. Iron is one the most important minerals. It’s the food of the blood and so with low iron, one experiences deficit in all the other minerals including oxygen. The plants that are edible in the wild are the best plants to consume. This are the plants that we call alkaline. We are going to look at a few examples of those plants. If you know of any examples please share with us, if you are not sure about a plant please let us know and we will do our best to assist in identifying it.

The Santa Claus melon (also known as Piel de Sapo) has a refreshing, mildly sweet, honey-and-cucumber-like flavor.

The Santa Claus melon is a highly hydrating, low-calorie fruit loaded with Vitamin C, potassium, and dietary fiber. Because of its thick rind, it locks in moisture exceptionally well. This composition supports healthy digestion, strengthens immunity, regulates blood pressure, and promotes optimal body hydration.

rich in Vitamin C, which protects cells from free radicals and aids in reducing bodily inflammation.

Contains potassium, which balances your body’s fluid levels and maintains proper heart function.

Provides trace amounts of calcium for bone density and iron for proper oxygen transport in the bloodstream.

The Santa Claus melon is so named because of its impressive extended storage properties. Melons harvested in the fall can be stored for up to two months without spoiling, allowing them to last all the way until the Christmas holiday season.

It is also called the “Christmas melon” or “Piel de Sapo” (Spanish for “toad skin” due to its bumpy, green-mottled rind)
