Jolene wasn't born with knock knees. When she turned 6 years old, her legs began to tilt inwards at the knee and would 'knock' on each other causing difficulties in her movement. Jolene later received corrective surgery at CURE Kenya. Today, her peers admire her story!

Machakos Orthopedic Clinic Director and former CURE Kenya surgeon Dr. Levis Nguku, Co-Director Dr. Speciosa Nguku, and their administrator, Simeon Masai, paid a short visit to CURE Kenya. CURE Kenya ED Nelson, Medical Director Dr. Theuri, and Nursing Director Lydia hosted them as they discussed a partnership and resource sharing between the two organizations. We are thrilled to announce that we have acquired a new hospital van for our mobile clinics! Thanks to the generous support of our friends at Hope and Healing International , we now have an additional van to enhance our services. Our work outside the hospital would have been extremely challenging, if not impossible, without this support. With the new van, we can significantly improve our outreach to the families of the children we serve. We wholeheartedly thank our dear friends at Hope and Healing for this gesture of love and compassion. Truly, God bless you!
