The Quality Assurance team, led by the Ag. Manager, Quality Assurance -Ms. Anne Mbuthia & Quality Assurance Officer-Ms. Mercy Kwemoi conducted a sensitization session on Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to strengthen the resolution of complaints arising during service delivery.

Customer feedback is invaluable, as it enables us to continually improve our services and deliver a better patient experience. By analyzing feedback and identifying the root causes of concerns, we can implement effective corrective actions, prevent recurrence, and enhance client satisfaction.

This initiative is in line with ISO 7101:2023 Healthcare Organization Quality Management System standard and reflects our commitment to quality improvement.
