Cancer care in African countries is inadequately financed. This makes cancer care most challenging. You have a cancer patient, you know what to do and there are no resources. You end up helplessly watching a dying patient. African leaders, pull up resources and equip health workers to manage cancer. Invest in research for newer drugs to deal with cancer.
