Mandera special school for the Blind is situated in Mandera County. It has an enrollment of 111 learners. 20 learners are totally blind. 5 girls and 15 boys. The school has only 8 Braille machines but 2 are not functional. The school management is requesting well wishers to provide the remaning gadgets as learners cannot progress without the Braille machines. Thanks
