April was definitely a month of self reflection after I hurt my knee, family wedding, psychotic humans, spending time in nature, work and the boys birthdays. Lots of growth work wise. I wouldn’t change it for the world 💚

As I sit here post knee repair surgery, I know my vulnerability and resilience have shown and I have become more attuned with myself, more than I ever was. I have enjoyed this month and day to myself but hey… big shifts are beginning… and I can’t wait to begin implementing these 💕
Life is short, live it for you, love it for you and be you. As you do this, it maybe all about unbecoming to authentically become 💚✨
