When the oxygen masks drop on the airplane, we are warned to fit our own before helping the person next to us.

Until you’re breathing easily yourself, you can’t help others to breathe.

As we observe the Mental health week, we must look after our own well being first, so that we can help the people around us and the affected community at large.
