Why is physical activity so important ?

THE DECLINE IS NOT INEVITABLE!!!

They say that we are born with certain number of brain cells, then slowly they wither away until we die.

They say that over time our muscles turn to fat, our bones become brittle and skin turns saggy.

They say that our mental faculties slow down and stop functioning with age.

THATS ALL LIES. At least for some. It has nothing to do with luck and very little with genes.

You don't stop moving because you get old - YOU GET OLD BECAUSE YOU STOP MOVING !! Keep moving !!

Why do patients accept that braces take months/years to fix crooked teeth, but assume ONE adjustment should fix a lifetime of misaligned spine ?

Anyone who has ever had braces knows how long it can take to move teeth. That perfect smile doesn’t just happen, an orthodontist slowly applies pressure to move the teeth over many months.
