As we continue to mark Mental Wellness Awareness Month we are honored to have stood alongside institutions and individuals who continue to advocate for mental health loudly and unapologetically. We recently had the honor of hosting a fun and engaging art competition that highlighted how creativity supports mental health in meaningful ways. Through drawing and coloring, learners experienced mind stimulation, practiced concentration, strengthened fine motor skills, and expressed their creativity freely.

Watching learners immerse themselves in their artwork reminded us how art creates moments of calm, focus, and confidence. Each stroke of color encouraged patience, imagination, and self-expression—important skills that support both emotional wellbeing and learning.
